Technical Recruiter (Open to Fresh Graduates)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for technology and IT positions. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are eager to build talent pipelines and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding support.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking and internal talent databases.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of technical professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess technical experience, qualifications, communication skills and cultural fit.
• Prepare candidate endorsements and present qualified profiles to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary expectations and hiring trends.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes and candidate engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in technical or IT recruitment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
• Ability to prepare recruitment reports and candidate endorsements.
