Technical Recruiter – IT & Digital Talent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing recruitment and human‑capital solutions firm in Makati. The role will support the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technology and digital positions, offering a solid entry point for fresh graduates and a development path for experienced recruiters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage or support end‑to‑end recruitment for IT and technical roles.
• Source qualified candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases and other channels.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate profiles.
• Translate job requirements into effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technology professionals.
• Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Collaborate with recruitment leaders and clients to meet hiring timelines.
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, IT, Business Administration or related field.
• 0‑5 years of recruitment experience; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Familiarity with technology roles and terminology is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, research and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven, organized, proactive and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati Monday‑Friday.
