Technical Recruiter – APAC (Permanent)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Recruiter to lead talent acquisition across the APAC region for SIDGS, a global systems integrator and Google implementation partner. You will build and nurture pipelines of technical talent, supporting our growth in digital, cloud, and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for Southeast Asia, focusing on Singapore and surrounding markets.
• Lead social‑media sourcing initiatives and create a passive candidate following aligned with hiring priorities.
• Act as the first point of contact for candidates, representing SIDGS and fostering lasting relationships.
• Utilise both traditional and innovative sourcing methods to identify, attract, and assess candidates.
• Support strategic recruitment projects such as employer branding, diversity & inclusion, and enhanced assessment processes.
• Collaborate with regional and global people teams, sharing knowledge and contributing to broader HR initiatives.
• Generate regular reports from the ATS, providing insights on pipeline health and recommending improvements.

Required profile

• 2–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the APAC or Southeast Asia region.
• Demonstrated ability to build talent pipelines and manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles.
• Strong communication skills and a candidate‑centric mindset.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and producing analytical recruitment reports.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
