Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for delivering infrastructure, cloud, and transformation projects from planning through completion. The role manages project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, resources, and client expectations while applying lean and agile project management practices.

Key responsibilities

• Presales: advise sales on technical delivery requirements, risks and scheduling, and review proposed solutions for feasibility.
• Project planning: create realistic schedules, manage risks, resources and client expectations, and support the Professional Services Manager in balancing resource allocation.
• Technical delivery: act as primary client contact, coordinate internal engineers and external vendors, manage scope changes, and ensure projects meet technical standards and cost parameters.
• PMO and continuous improvement: maintain and improve project templates, processes and automation to raise delivery efficiency and quality.
• Client‑embedded delivery: work within client teams to manage internal or third‑party projects, providing strategic input and technical oversight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Project Management certification (PRINCE2, PMI or Agile) and technical certification (Microsoft, Azure or Cisco).
• At least 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud, M365 or Azure migration projects for SME customers.
• Proven ability to work with Waterfall, Agile or hybrid methodologies and to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
