Implementation Builder – Account Setup

About the role

The Implementation Builder – Account Setup plays a key part in onboarding new customers onto the Roofr platform, turning customer‑provided documentation into ready‑to‑use configurations while learning roofing fundamentals during training.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and tailor customer accounts on the Roofr platform based on documentation and guidance from Implementation Specialists.
• Maintain clean, organized customer records in HubSpot, ensuring high data hygiene and accuracy.
• Convert, interpret and manipulate various document types (PDF, Word, Excel, CSV) to make them platform‑compatible.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Implementation Specialists and fellow Builders to keep onboarding efficient and customer‑focused.
• Adapt quickly to new tools, processes and product features, applying a growth mindset.
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, implementation, platform setup or a related role.
• Exposure to the roofing, construction or home‑services industry is a plus.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot.
• Strong written English communication with attention to grammar and clarity.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast‑paced setting.
