Technical Project Manager – Digital Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will lead the delivery of customer‑experience‑centric digital initiatives. The role blends technical expertise with Agile coaching to guide cross‑functional teams from development through market launch.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain Project Charters, defining scope, timelines, budget and success criteria.
• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of eCommerce technology projects, ensuring they are on‑time, in‑scope and within budget.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, product, UX and business stakeholders to align on goals, change management and delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives) and coach teams on Agile best practices.
• Identify, manage and mitigate risks, dependencies and issues; remove impediments to keep delivery momentum.
• Act as primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
• Monitor project progress using KPIs (velocity, timelines, quality) and provide regular status reports to leadership.
• Ensure delivery of scalable eCommerce solutions, including integrations, checkout, catalog and performance optimization.
• Drive process improvements and apply appropriate project management methodologies based on team maturity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of project management experience in software development, preferably digital experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum teams, especially in environments transitioning from traditional methodologies.
• Experience in high‑growth environments and exposure to digital marketing, analytics and digital experience optimization.
• Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Project‑management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/PSM) are a plus.
