Team Manager

About the role

IONOS is looking for a Team Manager to lead a group of customer service professionals. You will be responsible for creating a high‑performing, customer‑centric environment while upholding IONOS values and driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members through regular 1‑to‑1s, feedback, and individual development plans.
• Foster engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion to maintain a psychologically safe workplace.
• Manage performance proactively, recognising achievements and addressing underperformance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and integration of new team members.
• Champion customer‑centric thinking and ensure delivery against quality, satisfaction, and productivity targets.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement improvement actions.
• Handle escalations, resolve complex customer or operational issues in line with IONOS procedures.
• Submit operational and administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance customer experience and team efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams such as IT/IS, TPQI, SAS, and Admin.
• Provide accurate performance reports to senior leadership and act on outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience leading a team.
• Education or training in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
