Team Leader – Pioneer International Retail Account

About the role

As a Team Leader for the Pioneer International Retail Account, you will drive team productivity and ensure high‑quality service delivery in a fast‑paced BPO environment. You will coach agents, manage performance, and align daily operations with client and company goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, measure, and improve agent productivity related to client service and revenue generation.
• Conduct productivity reviews, implement coaching plans, and manage performance improvement.
• Train and motivate agents to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Oversee daily attendance and maintain operational efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages idea sharing and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of Team Leader experience in the BPO industry.
• Background in financial accounts is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and task‑management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
