About the role
As a Team Leader for the Pioneer International Healthcare‑Financial Account, you will drive team success by enhancing productivity, coaching agents, and ensuring high‑quality service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assess, measure, and improve agent productivity related to client service and revenue generation.
- Conduct productivity reviews, implement coaching plans, and manage daily attendance.
- Train and motivate agents to meet quality and timeline targets.
- Maintain effective communication across all employee levels and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and reports.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience in the BPO industry, preferably healthcare/financial.
- Strong communication skills with C1 English proficiency.
- Analytical mindset, multitasking ability, and sense of urgency.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
