About the role
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to guide and manage our Cebu‑based team. The role involves setting a positive example, motivating members and ensuring the team meets its performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Set clear goals and inspire team members.
- Create an open communication culture and supportive environment.
- Oversee daily operations, delegate tasks and enforce deadlines.
- Identify training needs, coach staff and provide feedback.
- Monitor performance, prepare metric reports and address issues.
- Promote high performance, creativity and risk‑taking.
- Organise team‑building activities.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics.
- Excellent communication, decision‑making and organisational abilities.
- BS/BA degree or related qualification; management training is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office.
