Teacher Aide – Early Childhood Support

About the role

Little Aces Play & Learn is seeking a dedicated Teacher Aide to join its early‑childhood team. You will work alongside classroom teachers to create a safe, engaging, and play‑based learning environment for young children.

Key responsibilities

• Assist teachers in preparing and organizing learning materials and classroom resources.
• Supervise children during playtime, transitions, and daily routines, ensuring their safety at all times.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and well‑organized learning spaces, performing light custodial tasks as needed.
• Support teachers with routine classroom tasks to facilitate smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• College graduate (any field).
• Passionate about early childhood education and eager to learn.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
• Experience working with children is a plus but not mandatory.
