Training Specialist – Brighter Pro Trainer (T2)

About the role

The Training Specialist (Brighter Pro Trainer – T2) will design, deliver, and manage advanced training programs for distribution channels across Metro Manila and Luzon. Reporting to the Cluster Head/Regional Sales Manager, you will also train internal trainers and support agency initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of courses, including recruitment, pre‑coding, tenured advisor trainings, open‑class sessions, MDRT & Macaulay programs, product roll‑outs, and other DLD initiatives.
• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate with Instructional Design, Cluster Management, and DBD to develop roadmaps and continuing‑education courses.
• Evaluate, select, and roll out external training programs and designation courses for advisors.
• Manage training logistics: calendar, venue, equipment, materials, budget, attendance records, and post‑course evaluations.
• Align training schedules with cluster initiatives, team‑building events, and product‑related sessions.
• Participate in agency‑wide activities such as Producer’s Congress, Macaulay, and MDRT events.

Required profile

• College graduate in Business, Behavioral Science, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience as a trainer in financial services, pre‑need/life insurance, or mutual fund companies.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Ability to design and edit infographics, art cards, and videos.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
