Tax and Accounting Team Member

About the role

Cloudstaff is seeking a Tax and Accounting Team Member to support its U.S. client portfolio from a vibrant office environment in the Philippines. This night‑shift position combines bookkeeping, tax compliance, and communication responsibilities, offering a collaborative setting for career growth.

Key responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping and general accounting tasks.
• Maintain financial records accurately using QuickBooks Online.
• Prepare and ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state and local (SALT) tax filings.
• Assist clients with sales tax and other tax‑related matters.
• Communicate clearly in spoken and written English with internal teams and clients.
• Organize and safeguard financial documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in tax and accounting.
• University degree in accounting; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• High‑level spoken and written English.
• Organized, reliable and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• QuickBooks Online.
• ProConnect (preferred).
• Knowledge of U.S. taxation and SALT regulations.
