Tax Advisor Manager – Big Four Advisory (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Advisor Manager to join a leading Big Four advisory practice in the Philippines. The role will support Australian SME‑to‑mid‑market clients, delivering high‑quality tax compliance, advisory and financial reporting services while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Australian tax advisory engagements, including large‑scale projects for SMEs, family businesses, trusts, partnerships and small listed entities.
• Prepare financial statements, tax workpapers and income tax returns in accordance with Australian legislation.
• Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws and identify tax efficiency opportunities.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to support strategic planning and advisory recommendations.
• Lead client interactions, presentations and meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in tax consulting, advisory or accounting firms serving SME to mid‑market clients.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Australian client portfolios (AUD 5M‑100M+ turnover).
• Professional qualification such as CA, CTA or equivalent, supported by a relevant degree.
• Excellent analytical ability and clear communication of complex tax matters.
