Talent Attraction Manager

About the role

The Talent Attraction Manager is responsible for designing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives to attract qualified real‑estate sellers and maintain a high‑quality recruitment pipeline. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Training teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads and monitor lead‑to‑applicant conversion rates.
• Track cost per lead, cost per hire, turnaround time, and quality of hire metrics.
• Plan and execute quarterly recruitment campaigns.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and innovative sourcing programs.
• Produce recruitment dashboards and provide data‑driven insights.
• Conduct market research on real‑estate trends, competitor sourcing practices, and talent pool demographics.
• Ensure compliance with DOLE guidelines for non‑employee seller engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Preferred certifications in Talent Acquisition, Digital Recruitment, Employer Branding, Project Management or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in sourcing, recruitment marketing and data analytics within a real‑estate or similar environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet and Facebook Recruitment Ads.
• Strong data analytics and reporting abilities, including dashboard creation.
• Market research and talent pool analysis.
• Recruitment marketing, content development, ad optimization and A/B testing.
• Process optimization and automation tools knowledge.
• Awareness of DOLE compliance for seller engagement.
