About the role
Carenet Health is looking for a Talent Advisor to lead high‑volume recruitment, handling the full hiring lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to align hiring needs.
- Support multiple hiring initiatives across a variety of roles and business requirements.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a high‑volume recruiter.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to support a global team and work night‑shift hours.
