Talent Acquisition Systems Expert

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Systems Expert to lead the implementation and continuous evolution of its Talent Acquisition technology stack, focusing on a flawless migration to Workday Recruiting and the integration of AI‑driven recruitment tools.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end implementation of Workday Recruiting, ensuring data integrity and seamless user adoption.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions such as chatbots, automated screening and predictive analytics into the recruitment workflow.
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders from C‑suite to recruiter level to gather requirements and deliver tailored system configurations.
• Maintain and enhance Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, reports, and security groups to support high‑volume and executive hiring.
• Provide on‑site project leadership, troubleshooting, and post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on Workday experience with at least two full‑lifecycle Recruiting implementations.
• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML tools within recruitment processes.
• Deep understanding of high‑volume versus executive recruiting needs.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to influence at all organizational levels.
