Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building proactive talent pools and pipelines across multiple functions, while also serving as a 360° recruiter for assigned business groups. The role partners closely with line managers and HR Business Partners to design and execute effective recruitment strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely hiring.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proactive talent pools and pipelines across multiple functions.
• Act as a 360° recruiter, managing end‑to‑end talent acquisition for assigned business groups.
• Partner with line managers and HR Business Partners to design and execute recruitment strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights and advisory support to hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment analytics, reporting and SLA compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through process automation and standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of end‑to‑end talent acquisition or recruitment partnership experience.
• Proven headhunting experience and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in a complex, multinational environment and familiarity with ATS and digital job boards.

• LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing active and passive candidates.
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) usage for managing requisitions.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
