About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is hiring a Talent Sourcing Specialist in Meycauayan on a fixed-term basis. The role sits within the marketing discipline but focuses on sourcing: attracting talent, nurturing their careers and ensuring hiring needs are met.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualize, develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies that deliver on hiring requirements.
• Integrate knowledge of the business into sound sourcing efforts.
• Specialize in graphic design so that talent marketing materials reflect the employer brand and appeal to the desired talent.

Required profile

• Two years of experience in sourcing or recruitment marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
• Experience in events coordination and database management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other design software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
