Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent. This role works closely with clients and operations to understand staffing needs across all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet staffing requirements.
• Post job advertisements on career websites and coordinate participation in job fairs and in‑house recruitment events.
• Screen resumes, manage candidate communications, and keep applicants informed throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct interviews using reliable selection tools and methods, ensuring timely candidate evaluation.
• Promote the employer brand as a “best place to work”.
• Collaborate with clients and operations to identify staffing needs and align job descriptions with position requirements.
• Oversee interview scheduling, candidate endorsement to clients, and onboarding coordination.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to work full‑time onsite in Makati.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and job boards.
• Experience with interview techniques and candidate assessment tools.
