Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Join Nestlé Business Services as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and help build a strong talent pipeline for multiple functions across the organization. You will work closely with line managers and HR Business Partners to deliver efficient recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop proactive talent pools and pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Act as a backup 360 recruiter, managing end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned business groups.
• Partner with line managers and HRBPs to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and execute sourcing strategies.
• Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and recruitment solutions as a trusted Talent Advisor.
• Maintain exceptional candidate care throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Track and report recruitment analytics, ensuring visibility of performance and hiring progress.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and standardisation to enhance SLA adherence and data accuracy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong partnership skills with line managers and HR Business Partners.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
