Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote)

About the role

Cygnify is a fast‑growing talent solutions provider that delivers Talent Acquisition as a Service (TAaaS) to technology start‑ups across the region. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will support this service by sourcing, screening and placing top‑tier talent for our clients, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Execute end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Utilise diverse sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events and industry partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, providing market insights to clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of TAaaS processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Proven track record supporting regional clients and managing full‑cycle recruitment for various roles.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
