About the role
Surbana Jurong is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to support its growing portfolio of companies, including SMEC, KTP, B+H, and RBG. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end recruitment services, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the firm’s expansion across Buildings & Cities, Infrastructure & Energy, and Integrated Solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, talent mapping, interviews, reference and compliance checks, and employment offers.
- Develop and nurture internal and external client networks, ensuring trust and long‑term partnerships.
- Negotiate offers and terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while enhancing the company’s employer brand.
- Document, plan, market, and execute recruitment programs efficiently.
- Provide expert consultation to hiring managers and key stakeholders across multiple business units.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in specialist recruitment within the professional services industry.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver full‑cycle recruitment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a problem‑solving mindset.
