Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Officer supports the Senior Officer, Talent Acquisition and the HR Services Manager in delivering end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes. The role also handles administrative tasks to maintain accurate employee records and ensures HRIS data integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in full‑cycle recruitment, adhering to HR and business unit timelines.
• Source candidates through Workday, job fairs, online portals, agencies and referrals.
• Process applications, conduct interviews, and administer pre‑hire assessments as needed.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Prepare and update recruitment dashboards, vacancy reports, and maintain job postings on internal and external portals.
• Create recruitment collateral for job fairs.
• Maintain personnel files, drug/alcohol screening results, background checks, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collect, scan, and file pre‑employment documents in the prescribed format.
• Collaborate on HRIS projects and document recruitment processes within the system.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR data management.
• Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Studies or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR requirements and current recruitment strategies.
• Ability to manage high‑volume recruitment with excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, teamwork orientation, and effective oral and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP HR modules.
