Talent Acquisition Officer – BPO (Remote)

About the role

Join Unifin Inc, a fast‑growing BPO company, as a Talent Acquisition Officer working from home. You will lead the full recruitment cycle for high‑volume BPO positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting: sourcing, selection, job offers, and onboarding.
• Coordinate hiring activities using sales and marketing techniques to attract candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to calibrate requirements and ensure the right talent fit.
• Prepare and post job advertisements on online platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and manage candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System.
• Resolve recruitment issues promptly and deliver results before deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in BPO volume recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong recruiting and interviewing abilities.
• Proficiency with phone and online meeting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow direction and work in a rotational shift environment.
