Talent Acquisition Lead – Sourcing (Manager Level)

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead (Sourcing) to join iOPEX Technologies in Taguig. This full-time, on-site position will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to hiring, and will drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for critical, niche, and volume roles.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using advanced search techniques and networking.
• Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
• Support workforce planning and hiring forecasts with data-driven sourcing strategies.
• Recommend and implement sourcing best practices and tools to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
• Track and report sourcing metrics such as pipeline health, time-to-source, and candidate quality.
• Guide and mentor junior sourcing specialists, sharing techniques and market intelligence.
• Leverage ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms while ensuring compliance with data privacy and recruitment policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
