Talent Acquisition Head

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Head will lead Coca-Cola Europacific Aboitiz Philippines’ recruitment strategy, strengthening the employer brand and ensuring the organization attracts top talent. This senior HR leader partners with business units to align hiring with corporate goals and drives a high‑performing talent acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to define workforce plans and hiring requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, assessment, selection, and onboarding.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, set clear accountability, and track performance metrics.
• Ensure quality of hire and maintain robust talent pipelines.
• Meet vacancy turnaround time targets, manage service level agreements, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Improve recruiter productivity through process enhancements and resource optimization.
• Implement innovative sourcing tools, ensure compliance, and lead strategic hiring for critical and leadership roles.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, Behavioural Sciences, Management or related field.
• Extensive experience leading talent acquisition functions, preferably in large, multi‑site organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Proven ability to drive employer branding and talent pipeline development.
