Talent Acquisition Coordinator (RPO)

About the role

IBM Consulting is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support its RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) operations. The role focuses on managing inbound candidate pipelines, screening applications, and partnering with hiring managers to move qualified talent through the interview process. You will act as the first point of contact for candidates, representing IBM’s employer value proposition and ensuring a smooth, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Review and screen candidate applications from multiple sourcing channels.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and maintain interview logistics.
• Post job requisitions on relevant job boards and keep listings up‑to‑date.
• Maintain strong relationships with client subject‑matter experts and hiring managers.
• Provide shortlists and status updates through the ATS/CRM system.
• Identify opportunities for process innovation and optimization.
• Participate in role discovery meetings to define sourcing strategies and timelines.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience in an in‑house, RPO or agency environment.
• Minimum six months experience using a web‑based applicant tracking system.
• Knowledge of functional recruitment best practices.
• Strong communication skills and ability to convey IBM’s EVP.
