Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to partner with hiring managers and field teams in Quezon City. You will manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensure accurate job postings, and facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand role requirements and create compelling job ads.
• Source candidates through internal channels, social media, talent databases, referrals, and local marketing.
• Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and coordinate reference checks.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
• Prepare offers, employment contracts, and oversee SAP onboarding, police checks, and related documentation.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and resolve recruitment bottlenecks.

Required profile

• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on compliance and data accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.

• SAP (for onboarding and HR processes)
