Talent Acquisition Consultant – Remote (Metro Manila)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Consultant to join MicroSourcing’s remote team in Metro Manila. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non‑technical positions, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview and conduct reference checks for candidates across a range of roles.
• Develop clear position descriptions and translate hiring requirements into compelling job postings.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, talent pools and hiring metrics using internal tools.
• Convert original CVs into the company’s standardized format.
• Design and execute daily marketing campaigns on online ads and social media to generate talent leads, with training provided.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of agency recruitment experience, preferably for technical labor‑hire roles in ACT or Australia.
• Experience recruiting for Federal Government positions.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Job Adder and other HRIS platforms.
• Active LinkedIn profile and strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
