Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

PwC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join its Human Capital team in Makati. In this role you will partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to attract and hire top technical and non‑technical talent, supporting the firm’s consulting and advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for technical and non‑technical positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using platforms such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn and other channels to build pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and shortlist candidates based on hiring manager requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders, providing guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Update the applicant tracking system regularly and generate recruitment reports as needed.
• Contribute insights and recommendations during team discussions and problem‑solving sessions.

Required profile

• College degree graduate.
• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in technology or consulting environments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including partners at local and international levels.
• Resilient, organized, goal‑oriented and able to adapt positively to change.

Required skills

• Technical recruitment experience with Oracle, SAP, Cloud Computing or Data Engineering roles.
• Strong sourcing skills on Jobstreet, LinkedIn and similar platforms.
• End‑to‑end recruitment process management.
• Stakeholder management and weekly reporting capabilities.
