About the role

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Associate to join our dynamic HR team in Makati City. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, screening, and hiring top talent, while promoting our employer brand across the Beauty, Wellness, and Personal Care sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for corporate accounts, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to provide status updates and align on hiring needs.
• Identify and recommend recruitment trends to improve candidate experience and hire quality.
• Promote the company’s brand through targeted recruitment initiatives.
• Develop hiring strategies, profiles, and maintain documentation of recruitment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the Beauty, Wellness, or Personal Care industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates at all organizational levels.
• Proven ability to screen, interview, and select high‑quality candidates.
• Excellent communication, urgency, and results‑driven mindset.
