Talent Acquisition Analyst

About the role

Joining Nestlé Business Services, the Talent Acquisition Analyst supports the recruitment lifecycle for assigned markets, handling everything from resume screening to onboarding. The role ensures smooth candidate management, compliance with Nestlé standards, and a positive experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, schedule interviews with hiring managers, and coordinate medical and background assessments.
• Prepare salary analyses, job offers, and engagement letters for selected candidates.
• Manage pre‑boarding and onboarding processes, including documentation, new‑hire kits, and tracking of medical and background results.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, generate HR reports, and manage the general recruitment mailbox.
• Promote Nestlé’s employer brand and ensure continuous improvement of recruitment services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or HR administrative roles.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement (2 days onsite per week) and handle confidential information.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and stakeholder‑collaboration skills.
