Systems and Projects Manager

About the role
The Systems and Projects Manager reports directly to the Agency Banking Platform Management, SPD and Operations Head and is responsible for delivering a complex, multi‑technology, multi‑vendor program that has high business significance. The role focuses on achieving the defined business outcomes on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and review project plans created by individual project managers.
- Ensure timelines for all project activities are optimized and efficient.
- Monitor work progress regularly, addressing or escalating critical issues as needed.
- Coordinate with ISG and Channel/Platform Managers to evaluate projects and identify risks that could impact delivery.
- Oversee quality delivery of contractual commitments and maintain profitability.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience managing technology‑based projects.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in program management, system and business analysis, and supervisory responsibilities.
