Systems Analyst (Cloud Infrastructure)

About the role

You will bring structure and clarity to the Cloud Infrastructure team by defining, documenting, and aligning requirements across engineering, architecture, and business stakeholders. This role connects engineers, architects, product teams, and business owners to ensure cloud initiatives are well‑specified and delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the connective layer between engineers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders on cloud infrastructure and internal platform initiatives.
• Gather, structure, and validate requirements for cloud infrastructure services through interviews and working sessions.
• Document current and target‑state processes, stakeholder roles, and interaction points across infrastructure systems.
• Identify technical dependencies, constraints, risks, and conflicting requirements early to prevent delivery blockers.
• Translate business needs into clear technical specifications, use cases, diagrams, and acceptance criteria.

Required profile

• Experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or Technical Analyst in an engineering or technology environment.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, structuring, and documentation.
• General understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and distributed systems.
• Ability to describe processes and system interactions using BPMN, UML, C4, or similar methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical topics to non‑technical stakeholders.
