Systems Administrator

About the role

DOXA is looking for a skilled Systems Administrator to provide top‑tier desktop and server support for multiple clients. The role is fully remote within the Philippines and involves troubleshooting Windows, macOS, and server environments while translating technical concepts for end‑users.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets from Level 1 technicians, including break/fix, application installs, and user settings.
• Administer Windows Server 2016/2019, Hyper‑V hosts, and Azure AD/Office 365 services.
• Deploy and troubleshoot SonicWall firewalls, Datto networking switches, and access points.
• Provide remote support for Windows 10/11 and macOS workstations.
• Maintain documentation and ticketing system (preferably Autotask).
• Mentor Level 1 technicians and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in systems administration or advanced desktop support.
• 3+ years in a multi‑client MSP environment.
• A+ and/or Network+ certifications required; MD‑100/MD‑101 preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills.
