Systems Admin II

About the role

The Systems Admin II will manage the full life cycle of IT systems supporting manufacturing, logistics, and quality assurance. You will work closely with users to resolve issues, implement improvements, and provide training.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support IT Operations Systems across manufacturing, logistics, and QA.
• Interact with users to resolve incidents, determine root causes, and drive permanent solutions.
• Coordinate investigations with other support teams, such as infrastructure.
• Analyze business requirements, perform gap assessments, and propose solutions.
• Test and validate system updates before production release.
• Create training materials and user manuals for new or upgraded functionalities.
• Continuously assess system performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with MS SQL Server, SSRS and T‑SQL.
• Good understanding of ITIL service management processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and logistics business processes.
• Positive attitude, strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle stress, workload and participate in on‑call support.
• Fluent English.
