Support Engineering Lead – Yardi Integration Specialist

About the role

Outcode Software is seeking a Support Engineering Lead to drive technical excellence across its Yardi Voyager implementations and support operations. The role bridges technical support, database administration, and product rollout, ensuring seamless onboarding for property‑management clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end product implementation and provisioning cycles for property onboarding.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical escalations related to Yardi integrations, APIs, and ETL processes.
• Participate in agile ceremonies to maintain disciplined, predictable delivery.
• Lead technical documentation creation for implementation and internal support workflows.
• Write Microsoft SQL queries, build custom Yardi reports (YSR), and resolve critical blockers in SaaS environments.
• Conduct periodic audits of IT systems and Yardi configurations to identify risks and automation opportunities.
• Act as the ultimate escalation point, troubleshooting complex issues in web‑based applications.
• Define and promote best practices for help‑desk platforms such as JIRA, ServiceNow, and Zendesk, aligned with ITIL standards.
• Partner with Tech Leads to ensure successful adoption of automation tools and data pipelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Yardi Voyager and managing property‑management integrations.
• Strong background in Microsoft SQL and database administration.
• Hands‑on experience with SaaS, web applications, and API‑driven integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects, mentor junior staff, and communicate clearly with clients.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and ITIL‑based service management.
