Supply Planning Specialist – Paranaque

About the role

The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for ensuring product availability for the assigned product group while minimizing costs. Based in Paranaque, the role works in a hybrid setting and collaborates closely with suppliers, the purchasing department, and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain optimal stock levels at the lowest possible cost for the designated product range.
• Develop short‑term and long‑term replenishment plans and present them to supervisors.
• Simulate forecast changes, identify critical items, and provide high/low scenario analyses based on historical trends.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers, monitor quantity and timeliness, and give feedback on supplier reliability.
• Establish safety stock and target inventory levels to guarantee supply continuity.
• Review, recommend, and execute delivery plans according to allocated volumes per supplier and warehouse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in inventory management and supply planning.
• Willingness to be assigned to Paranaque and work in a hybrid arrangement.
