Supply Chain Services Executive

About the role

Join PMI’s Supply Chain team to drive accurate demand forecasting and inventory management for our smoke‑free product portfolio. You will work cross‑functionally to optimise stock levels, minimise logistics costs and support the rollout of new products.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate forecasts using historical data, market trends and the IBP demand planning system.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels across the network to prevent stock‑outs.
• Analyse forecast parameters in the planning system and maintain KPI accuracy.
• Track and report on shipment forecast accuracy, inventory and LOGD metrics, identifying improvement areas.
• Manage discontinued items and coordinate cost‑effective phase‑outs with cross‑functional partners.
• Review finished‑goods LOGD projections and collaborate to reduce exposure.
• Identify demand‑impacting opportunities, develop response plans and validate them with stakeholders.
• Participate in supply‑chain projects and lead their local implementation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years progressive experience in forecast analysis and demand planning in FMCG or electronics.
• Strong knowledge of analytical and forecasting methodologies.
• Hands‑on experience with IBP demand planning system and SAP.
• Advanced analytical skills, especially with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to spot risks and opportunities through data analysis.
• Proven project participation or management experience.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
