Supply Chain Services Executive

About the role

Join PMI’s fast‑moving supply chain team and help shape a smoke‑free future. You will be responsible for accurate demand forecasting, inventory optimisation and supporting cross‑functional projects that drive efficiency across the network.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate forecasts using historical data, market trends and IBP demand planning tools.
• Manage inventory levels to prevent stock‑outs and support timely deliveries.
• Analyse forecast parameters and KPI metrics such as shipment accuracy and LOGD exposure.
• Oversee the phase‑out of discontinued items and ensure cost‑effective transitions.
• Identify risks and opportunities that impact demand and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Participate in supply‑chain projects and lead local implementation efforts.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in forecast analysis or demand planning within FMCG or electronics.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work in a constant state of alertness.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.

Required skills

• IBP demand planning system.
• SAP.
• Microsoft Excel.
