Supply Chain Quality Manager – Quality Conformance & SCQM

About the role

As a Supply Chain Quality Manager you will operate at the intersection of quality conformance and supply‑chain performance for Airbus cabin equipment. Based in Manila, the role requires frequent travel to supplier sites worldwide and close collaboration with multicultural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct First Article Inspections (FAI) and Source Inspections for cabin parts such as seats, galleys and lavatories.
• Ensure product compliance with Airbus engineering data, supplier drawings, aviation authority regulations and internal quality standards.
• Represent Airbus as the quality gate in front of suppliers and customers, driving resolution of non‑conformities.
• Analyse inspection data, lead root‑cause investigations and implement continuous‑improvement projects.
• Monitor and improve supplier On‑Quality‑On‑Time (OQOT) performance, developing recovery and development plans as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent English and a valid passport for international travel.
• Strong background in aerospace or high‑mix manufacturing quality assurance.
• Experience with first‑article and source inspection processes.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of First Article Inspection (FAI) methodology.
• Familiarity with aviation authority quality requirements.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
