Supply Chain Planning Analyst

About the role

Analog Devices is looking for a highly organized, analytically minded Supply Chain Analyst to support high-volume product substitution execution within its global semiconductor supply chain. You will work alongside senior team members to make sure substitution events run accurately and on schedule, keeping data integrity and supporting supply continuity across a complex global network. The role suits early-career professionals with 2-5 years of experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end substitution execution so materials are correctly established and configured across sites and systems
• Evaluate substitution scope by identifying impacted accounts, checking inventory positions and defining conversion actions
• Validate data accuracy, including customer commitment dates and order details during migrations
• Help coordinate Product Change Notifications (PCN) and track customer approvals
• Monitor active substitution events, order flow and shipments, and flag discrepancies
• Run substitution closeouts and assist with process mapping and documentation
• Support material and backlog management, including VMI/VMR tasks
• Maintain status trackers, dashboards and progress reports, and coordinate with Planning, Quality, Engineering and Customer Operations teams

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or another engineering discipline
• 2-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, data analysis or manufacturing support
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to manage multiple tasks across distributed teams
• Preferred: familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred), exposure to semiconductor manufacturing, and basic knowledge of inventory management, demand planning and product lifecycle
