Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain operations, improve efficiency and reduce costs across strategic sourcing and logistics functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency and lower expenses.
• Manage the Strategic Sourcing and Logistics divisions, overseeing daily activities.
• Collaborate with sales, production, finance and other internal teams to forecast demand and align supply.
• Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts and ensure optimal pricing, quality and service.
• Monitor supply chain performance using KPIs and drive continuous process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, environmental and safety standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain team to achieve high performance.
• Identify risks, create contingency plans and mitigate supply chain disruptions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or procurement.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, resource planning tools, data analytics tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
