Supply Chain Manager – Inventory & Forecasting

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire inventory supply function, from initial forecasting to the arrival of goods at stores. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Generate accurate, calendar‑based unit forecasts and align them with sales, marketing plans and brand inputs.
• Reconcile forecasts, budgets and actual estimates; monitor new product and promotional sample forecasts.
• Review monthly inventory levels, product mix, ABC classification and excesses; conduct quarterly obsolescence analysis.
• Maintain master data for new and existing products, including costs, classifications, safety stocks and billing prices.
• Prepare month‑end reports on inventory levels, variance analysis and forecast‑vs‑actual performance.
• Assist line managers with budget, run‑rate and COG% reviews; support long‑term supply‑chain strategy.
• Ensure timely product registration and compliance with FDA/BFAD requirements; coordinate with distributors for error‑free registration.
• Lead and develop the supply‑chain team, defining clear roles and responsibilities.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply‑chain, inventory management or related fields.
• Strong communication, coaching and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with brands, marketing, and distributors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with computer‑based inventory and ERP systems.
