Supply Chain Executive – Business Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Executive who will sit at the intersection of marketplace and customer operations, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing across TikTok Shop and Love, Bonito’s e‑commerce channel. The role involves managing cancellations, returns, refunds, and inventory accuracy while maintaining precise SAP documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Process orders, cancellations, returns and refunds for TikTok Shop and LB e‑commerce platforms.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update SAP records consistently.
• Handle payment disputes and issue timely customer notifications.
• Collaborate closely with Accounts, Customer Service and other cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Support automation and integration projects related to order processing.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high‑volume transaction data.
• Experience in e‑commerce order management or marketplace operations.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
