Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst I

About the role

The Supply Chain Business Systems Analyst I works in a hybrid model, supporting multiple plants and business functions across Regal Rexnord. The role focuses on data analysis, visualization, and process improvement to enhance supply chain metrics such as on‑time delivery, forecast accuracy, and inventory health.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with cross‑functional leaders to acquire, clean, summarize, and visualize data for strategic planning and issue resolution.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel reports, monitor data accuracy, and provide actionable insights to executive leaders.
• Analyze sales, orders, backlog, and delivery metrics to identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support demand forecast accuracy analysis and participate in supply‑demand planning activities.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for new processes, KPIs, and data management, providing training and mentorship to junior analysts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration).
• At least 2 years of experience as an analyst in sales, marketing, finance, or supply chain.
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including data modeling and visualization).
• Power BI (desktop and cloud) for dashboard creation and troubleshooting.
• Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Oracle system knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
