Supply Chain Analyst – Remote (Day Shift)

About the role

MicroSourcing is looking for a remote Supply Chain Analyst to manage end‑to‑end inventory planning for a fast‑growing e‑commerce business. You will combine demand forecasting, purchase‑order management, and supplier coordination while leveraging AI tools to optimise operations.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast inventory demand across 550+ SKUs.
• Manage purchase orders, safety stock, and overall inventory levels.
• Track supplier deliveries, proactively resolve delays, and monitor stock movement.
• Identify and mitigate overstock and stock‑out risks.
• Prepare inventory reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Coordinate with suppliers, analysts, and 3PL partners.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, or demand planning.
• Background in direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong written English communication skills.
• Interest or experience using AI tools such as Claude (Anthropic AI).

Required skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Claude AI (Anthropic).
• Shopify, Cin7, NetSuite, Prediko, Pipe17, Logiwa (or similar platforms).
