Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst ensures the smooth operation of the supply network by planning, purchasing, and replenishing stock to meet client demand and contractual service levels. The role monitors inventory, processes purchase orders, and coordinates transfers to guarantee product availability while supporting profitability and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and maintain purchasing and distribution plans to achieve target fill‑rates and inventory levels.
• Monitor stock levels against contracted targets, adjusting plans to avoid shortages or excess.
• Process purchase orders, returns, safekeeping conversions, and product recalls.
• Execute inventory transactions, including pull‑out requests, transfer postings, and excess storage calculations.
• Conduct near‑expiry stock monitoring and support quality and regulatory audits.
• Prepare accurate, timely reports for internal and client stakeholders.
