Supervisor II – Sales Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor II – Sales Operations to support our Global Sales Manager in Manila. The role focuses on driving sales performance through operational excellence, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide operational support to sales management and implement sales strategies.
• Plan and coordinate projects that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales force.
• Develop and maintain processes, procedures, and documentation that support the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales activity data to inform performance metrics and continuous improvement.
• Supervise the daily activities of a small‑to‑medium sales team, set priorities, and ensure task completion.
• Resolve day‑to‑day issues using established practices and precedents.
• Train team members and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with senior decision‑makers and influencers.
• Identify, develop and close new sales opportunities, driving revenue growth.

Required profile

• Experience supervising routine business or technical support teams.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures within a sales environment.
• Ability to coordinate work with other supervisors and align with local business plans.
• Proven problem‑solving skills guided by policies and precedents.
• Effective interpersonal skills with tact and diplomacy.
